This session will explore how using an MI approach in conversations can reduce burnout and rekindle hope in day-to-day practice. Participants already integrating MI in their work with others will be invited to share inspirational interactions and help build the collective wisdom of the group.

Our early relationships form the template for how we later navigate social interactions, emotionally regulate, communicate, and manage our stress levels. Come learn principles that support parents and caregivers to come into connection and coregulation with babies, so that babies feel included, seen, and respected.

Toddlers are unique and wonderful creatures! This presentation will help you understand their behaviour through a developmental and attachment lens. We will explore finding inroads of connection with a toddler using their first language, play! Come prepared to have fun and play while learning.
