Interior Region Early Years Professional Development In Service

Inclusion is a complex word, and it is filled with different layers and meanings. How do we build a space where we can all feel a sense of belonging and value for each other? The time we spend together will be interactive in nature where we shift our culture of thinking as we move the needle of inclusion forward. It is the hope that participants will develop a sense of appreciation at the complexity of inclusion and a shift in thinking about marginalized communities.
